The Addictive and Mental Disorders Division (AMDD) Budget will be presented next Tuesday (1/26) at 8 am MST on 1/26 (next Tuesday) to the Joint Appropriations Committee on Health. Public testimony will follow.
The Committee is considering cutting AMDD’s Medicaid funding by  $147 million dollars from Governor Gianforte’s budget over the biennium.
It is essential that this Committee hear how important publicly funded adult mental health and substance abuse services are to our families and communities.
  • How AMDD programs helped you or your loved one (be specific); and
  • Why the funding levels proposed by the Governor are needed.
